Engineers on the phone, 24 hours a day.
When the WiFi falls over at 2am on a Saturday, the engineer who answers your call already knows your network. Liveport’s 24/7 NOC is led from Torquay, Victoria by the engineering team behind your deployment. 45-second average answer. 90% first-call resolution. Every call transcribed and AI-graded. Bundled in your managed contract, no per-call fees. The kind of support that makes “guaranteed” possible.

What 24/7 wireless maintenance covers
Our 24/7 wireless maintenance means every access point is monitored around the clock, faults are fixed remotely before guests notice, and your call is answered in about 45 seconds. Our Australian team runs the service day to day from Torquay, backed by a 24/7 NOC — and every call is transcribed and AI-graded, so quality is checked on every single call, not sampled at month’s end. It covers firmware, outage response, capacity tuning and replacement hardware — one monthly fee, no call-out invoices.
Three things support sites love to claim. We’ll show you what we actually mean.
“24/7 Australian support” is on every brochure. The version that holds up at 2am on a long weekend is rarer than it sounds. Here’s the spec we hold ourselves to.
A real engineer, not a script.
Australian-led, hospitality-trained support. The engineers on our line have run active site surveys, written Liveport Gateway config and dispatched hardware, often the same day. No tier-1 reading from a runbook, no scripted call deflection.
They already know your network.
Same engineering team that designed your WiFi sees your operator dashboard the moment they pick up the phone. No “give me ten minutes to read your file.” AP serial, VLAN map, captive portal config, last seven days of telemetry, all on screen before you finish saying which property you’re calling from.
Bundled, no per-call fee.
24/7 support is part of your managed contract. No extra charges for after-hours, no surprise invoices, no penalty for calling. The economic model is simple: we’d rather you call early than fix it expensive later.
Most faults are spotted by the NOC before the property phones in.
Liveport’s per-AP, per-device, per-minute telemetry feeds two places: the operator dashboard you log in to, and the same NOC console the on-call engineer is watching. AP power flap, captive portal failure, PMS link drop, anomalous client behaviour, they show up on the engineer’s screen as the event happens, not after a duty manager finishes describing the symptom.
Most issues are remediated before the property even calls. When you do call, the engineer is usually two clicks ahead of you, confirming what they already saw, not starting from scratch. That’s the difference between a help desk and a managed network.
The engineer on the phone has read access to your telemetry, write access to your VLAN config, and dispatch authority for replacement hardware. There’s no internal ticket bouncing.
Same number. Same team. Whatever the ticket.
If it touches your WiFi network, it’s our problem. No triage to a different vendor, no “that’s outside our scope.”
- Outages, slow speeds, dead zones
- Device-pairing problems for guests, residents and students
- PMS integration faults, RMS, Opera, Mews, Yardi
- Captive portal not loading or not authenticating
- Suspect security activity or unusual client behaviour
- Capacity planning conversations, refresh, upgrade, expansion
- Anything that says “WiFi” on the ticket
Six questions we get on almost every sales call.
What number do I call?
1800 414 823, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Same number whether you’re calling from a hotel front desk at 2am or escalating a corporate-side issue at 10am Tuesday.
Is support 24/7, really?
Yes, phones are answered by an on-shift Liveport engineer 24 hours a day. Average answer time is 45 seconds. Every call is transcribed and AI-graded for quality — every call, not a monthly sample. There is no after-hours queue, no answering service, no “leave a message and we’ll call back in the morning.” If you ring and we don’t pick up inside about a minute, something has gone unusually wrong and we’d want to know about it.
Where is your support team based?
Our NOC is led from Torquay, Victoria, by the same engineering team that designs and deploys your networks. Calls are answered 24/7 by hospitality-trained engineers, and every escalation routes to the Australian team. After-hours overflow may be handled by additional support staff working with our engineering team, never on their own.
What’s the response SLA on a P1 outage?
P1 (full property outage or large-scale guest-impacting fault), engineer on the call within 45 seconds, remote remediation begun immediately, on-site dispatch initiated if remote fix isn’t viable. Most P1 incidents are resolved remotely within 30 minutes because the engineer already has eyes on the telemetry. We publish the full SLA, including P2/P3 targets, as part of the managed contract.
Do you charge per call?
No. 24/7 support is bundled in your managed contract, no per-call fees, no after-hours surcharge, no penalty for calling. We’d rather you ring early than escalate something expensive. The economic model is built around catching problems on the operator side before they become guest-facing failures.
What if I’m not a Liveport customer, can I still call?
If you’re considering moving to Liveport, yes, call 1800 830 302 (sales) and we’ll talk through what your existing setup looks like and whether we can help. We don’t take support calls for networks we didn’t build, but we’ll happily run a free assessment conversation. The 24/7 number, 1800 414 823, is reserved for live managed-WiFi clients so the queue stays empty when they need it.
