How is clinical traffic separated from resident streaming?
Resident streaming runs on its own VLAN with full bandwidth. eMAR, nurse-call and smart-bed traffic run on a separate clinical VLAN with their own ACLs, monitoring, and audit logs. The two never touch.
Is this ACQS-audit ready?
Yes. The clinical VLAN, retention logs and access controls are designed for the Aged Care Quality Standards. We supply audit evidence packs and a sovereign-data statement on request.
Is Clinical VLAN secure between rooms?
Yes. Clinical traffic is segmented at the switch and AP level, with per-device 802.1X authentication and full audit logging. Residents on the same AP cannot see clinical devices.
Does this integrate with our eMAR system?
Liveport integrates with all major aged-care and eMAR systems. We’ve worked with Person Centred Software, Leecare, Manad Plus and others. If your system isn’t on the list, we’ll build the integration.
